Terms & Conditions


    • All bookings 3 Hours and longer must begin over dinner at a nearby restaurant/room service.

    • Bookings 5-8 hours must begin over dinner a restaurant, and must include a social activity outside of the bedroom. 

    • All overnight bookings must include dinner at a restaurant, &  8 Hours of sleep.

    • Bookings 24 hours and longer must include all of the above, and also include 30-45 minutes of personal time to myself to shower and get ready for the day. 

  • Any date expenses during our time together (ie. meals, social events, ubers etc) are to be covered by you.

    • All clients are required to shower upon arrival at my incall.

    • If i am visiting you, please be freshly showered and use mouthwash

    • Please offer me a shower and clean towel at your place

  • A 50% deposit due at time of booking.

    For longer bookings (24 Hours and longer) you may opt to pay in instalments of 4 with the first payment(25%) due at time of booking and the last payment due upon meeting.

    I require a deposit on all bookings even if we have met before.

    All deposits made are non-refundable. Deposits are expected at time of booking.  

    *Deposits are due within 4 Hours from the confirmation e-mail.

    *Failure to send a deposit after booking an appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

    *For same day bookings, deposits are due within 1 Hour from the confirmation e-mail.

  • Payments are to be made in Canadian Cash upon arrival. Please have the fee in an envelope and have it ready immediately upon meeting. Please note I will count the funds to ensure the balance is accurate.

    For bookings 12 Hours or longer, I will accept the remaining balance with a digital method if you choose.

    If we are meeting in public, the fee is still due at the beginning of the date. Please have it in a card. I may excuse myself to the washroom to count the funds.

    Payments are always due promptly at the beginning of our date, no matter how many times we have met before.

  • With 48 Hours Notice, The deposit can be applied to the new rescheduled date.

    A new rescheduled date must be made at time of cancellation. Cancellations made without a rescheduled date and time will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • If you are running late, please note the booking will still likely end at the scheduled time. I will only extend at my discretion and if I have availability.

  • Cancellations made within the 48 Hour window will result in the deposit being kept as a cancellation fee.

    Cancellations without a rescheduled date will result in the deposit being kept as a cancellation fee.

    Failure to send a deposit after booking an appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

    If a duo partner cancels, you agree to either reschedule for another duo or see me 1 on 1. No refund will be provided if a duo partner cancels.

  • If I cancel our date due to not being able to make the appointment, the client will then have the option to reschedule or be refunded. 

    If I cancel our date due to client behaviour before or during the booking, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded.  

  • In the extremely rare event I need to end a date due to client behaviour, there will be no refund of the deposit or funds paid. Examples of this could be:

    1. Abuse or threatening language before or during the appointment

    2. Disregard for my consent or boundaries/asking me for an activity when I have already said no

    3. Refusing to shower at my incall

    4. Filming or taking pictures without consent.  

    5. On an overnight, not allowing time for dinner/social time, not allowing for 8 hours of sleep, or Attempting sexual activity on me while I am sleeping

    6. Not allowing for dinner time on dates 3 Hours and over. Not allowing for dinner & social time on dates 5 Hours and over.

    7. Failure to provide the remaining funds at the beginning of the date.
